Got questions?
We've got answers!
Do you take walk-ins?
At this time, our studio is not accepting walk-ins. We understand that spontaneity can often lead to creative inspiration, but to provide our clients with the best possible experience and ensure personalized attention, we have shifted to an appointment-only model.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes, we do. We offer free online consultation to help you explore your artistic vision before scheduling any appointment. This convenient process begins with filling out this simple form, which allows us to understand your preferences and ideas. Our artist will provide guidance and answer any questions you may have about your tattoo design or piercing process.

For those looking for a more hands-on approach, we also provide an in-studio tattoo design creation and stencil placement consultation for just $45 per person. This fee is designed to cover the materials our artist will need in order to help you craft your unique design and place your stencil if desired. Whether you opt for the free online consultation or the in-person guidance, our team is here to support you every step of the way. Book your in-studio consultation here.
Is getting a tattoo or piercing painful?
Pain levels vary from person to person and depend on the piercing or tattoo's location, size, and intricacy. Generally, areas with more flesh tend to be less painful for tattoos (like the upper arm), while bony areas (like ribs or ankles) can be more sensitive. Most people describe the sensation as more of a burning or scratching feeling rather than intense pain. You have the option to apply a tattoo numbing cream 1 hr prior to arriving, such as Ebanel or any over the counter (at least) 5% lidocaine oitnment. Just apply a thick (and we mean THICK!) layer of the cream and cover it with kitchen wrap. We will take care of cleaning it off at your appointment.
Lobe piercings are usually considered very mild, while cartilage and nose piercings may feel slightly more intense due to the thicker tissue. The piercing process itself only lasts a few seconds.
How can I prepare for my appointment?
Wether you're getting a tattoo or a piercing, don't drink alcohol or take blood thinning OTC medication (such as Ibuprofen and Aspirin) within 24 hours of your appointment. Refrain from sun exposure/tanning beds 1 week prior to (as well as the 2 weeks after) your appointment. Get a good rest the night before, and eat and drink lots of water before coming in. Remember to wear comfortable clothes, and avoid whites if possible, just in case!! (black ink+white clothes=possible messy mess.) Exfoliate the area to be treated the night before, if possible. You can use this Ultra Hydrating and Exfoliating Scrub.

How long does it take to heal after getting a tattoo or piercing?

Tattoo healing time varies but typically takes about 2 to 4 weeks for the outer layer of skin to heal. Full healing, involving deeper layers, can take several months. Follow aftercare instructions given by the artist to promote proper healing and avoid infection.
Need help choosing the best products after you get your tattoo? We got you! Here's a list of our favorite must-haves:
-Antibacterial soap
-SPF sunscreen

-Second Skin Saniderm (please, only use if our artist recommended)
To care for your brand new piercing, clean your piercing twice daily using a sterile saline spray for 6 weeks.
-
Always wash your hands before touching your piercing
-
Do not twist, rotate, or play with the jewelry while healing
-
Avoid sleeping directly on the piercing whenever possible
-
Keep makeup, skincare, hair products, and perfumes away from the area for at least 2 weeks
-
Avoid swimming pools, hot tubs, lakes, and oceans during the first two weeks of healing
-
Do not remove or change your jewelry too early, as this can irritate the piercing and delay healing.
- Lobe piercings: usually safe to change after about 6–8 weeks
- Cartilage piercings: typically 6–12 months
- Nose piercings: usually around 4–6 months
What are the risks and side effects of getting a tattoo or piercing?
Potential risks include infection, scarring, and allergic reactions. It's crucial to follow all the steps and aftercare recommendations that your qualified and experienced artist explains to you.
Can I get a tattoo or piercing if I am pregnant or nursing?
You cannot get a tattoo if you are pregnant. It is totally safe for a nursing mom to get a tattoo. Tattoo ink is too large of a molecule to make it into breastmilk, so your baby has no way of being exposed to it. The risk (to your health and your baby's) comes if you get an infection. It is suggested that nursing mothers wait at least until 9-12 months after birth, when the child is no longer dependent solely on breastmilk before getting tattoos done. If you happen to get an infection and need antibiotics from your doctor, your baby can be fed with other foods safely and you can pump and dump if needed while on the medication, following any advice from your doctor. We like to recommend not to breastfeed until at least 72 hours after getting the tattoo for the "just in case".
We do not perform piercings on clients who are currently pregnant. Breastfeeding clients may receive most piercing services except nipple piercings.
